Job Opportunity

Sell business applications software/solutions to prospective and existing clients. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Provide insight on finance solutions linked to Oracle’s product suite. Collaborate with sales executives to address customer challenges. Find technical solutions aligning with customer requirements. Develop a deep understanding of our client’s business objectives, pain points, and technology landscape through strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers within your assigned accounts. Build and maintain a collaborative, multi-year roadmap with each key client that enables further adoption of the Oracle Retail Platform. Be an advisor to the client and deliver value outside the typical sales cycle. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, exceeding quota and revenue targets.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays; paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours. 11 paid parental leave; adoption assistance; Employee Stock Purchase Plan; financial planning and group legal; voluntary benefits including auto, homeowner and pet insurance.
