Provide desktop support for local users to include workstations, laptops, printers, and copiers.

Gather feedback from end users regarding system performance.

Provide effective levels of support and guidance to employees regarding the use of systems and technologies available on the network.

Provide advice and technical training to users.

Maintain voice, data, and video systems.

Notify appropriate management when users or the organization are negatively impacted by voice, data, or video systems issues and recommend possible solutions.

Research and evaluate new technologies, make recommendations as required.

Keep current with technology development, trends, and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance.

Respond to technology requests and issues promptly.
