Customer Service Representative

Skills and Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a financial institution
  • Experience taking around 20+ inbound calls a day and helping clients find solutions
  • Experience writing tickets and solving them
  • Must understand chatbots and email chains to help source a strong line of communication
