Job Purpose

To contribute to the development of future technical solutions by planning, building, and testing prototypes, as well as validating and analyzing test results in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and build prototypes for product development.
  • Conduct testing and validation in climate chambers and with specialized test equipment.
  • Analyze test results and contribute to product improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with teams in design, software, and hardware.
  • Participate in the development of test equipment.
  • Report directly to the manager of the Design & Test team.

We are looking for a hands-on, technically curious individual who thrives in a collaborative and innovative environment. You enjoy solving problems, working closely with others, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions.

Mandatory:

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
  • Structured and self-driven personality.
  • Good collaboration skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Genuine interest in technology and hands-on work.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Engineering degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or electrical engineering or equivalent experience from vocational education and several years in a similar role.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in international environments.
  • Experience from the automotive industry.
  • Interest in working in a dynamic and development-focused setting.
