Working Student / Intern (All Genders) – Service Operations Analyst
In this role, you have the opportunity to use AI as a digital assistant to streamline daily office tasks, analyze data, and enhance communication within a global Service Team of 25 colleagues across 4 sub-teams.
Your role includes:
- Help to shape a broader AI strategy for the global service team and lead the implementation of it
- Use AI tools to draft, refine, and translate emails and documents, as well as summarize complex reports and technical articles.
- Leverage AI-supported tools to transcribe meetings, structure key discussion points, and prepare concise meeting minutes.
- Support the analysis of large datasets using AI-enabled features in tools such as Excel to identify trends, generate forecasts, and create visualizations (e.g., charts and pivot tables).
- Assist in preparing presentation drafts, researching market and industry trends, and using AI as a sparring partner to develop and refine ideas.
- Analyze feedback from different functions and regions by using automated evaluation of surveys and comments to identify patterns, strengths, and improvement areas.
Great, if you have the following:
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and AI-supported productivity tools, with the ability to apply them effectively in a business environment
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, for professional correspondence and documentation
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, managing tasks reliably with minimal supervision
What we offer:
- Salary working student: depending on your previous experience and your current studies, your salary will range between 18.13€/h and 20.30€/h
- Salary: depending on the type of internship
- Voluntary internship longer than 3 months: €2,419 for a 40-hour week
- Compulsory internship: the salary is between 900 € (Bachelor's degree) and 1,000 € (Master's degree)
