Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist With Italian

Minimum required Education: High School Diploma, Vocational Education. Minimum required Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Service Parts Administration, Service Processes, Customer Service, Supply Chain or equivalent. Job title: Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the planning process you are responsible for creating plans for long-term maintenance (preventive)/short term fixes for installed medical products for Italian market. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer's needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

Your role:

  • Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations
  • Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching Service Work Orders including parts and assigning proper Field Service Engineers
  • Communicating and confirming with the customer the maintenance plans based on contracts and maintenance requirements
  • Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests
  • Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent Italian
  • Fluent English
  • Professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain or accounting operations would be an asset
  • Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
  • The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Skill in prioritizing tasks required
  • Good organizational skills and aptitude for details
