Job title: Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the planning process you are responsible for creating plans for long-term maintenance (preventive)/short term fixes for installed medical products for Italian market. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer's needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
