As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the Parts and Quotation Processes, you are the primary contact for customers, Service Engineers, and hospitals from UK. You ensure that spare parts, maintenance services, and repair quotations are delivered accurately and on time, supporting the quality and functionality of Philips equipment to meet customer needs. You manage service requests end-to-end while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis. Your role:
