Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist – Parts & Quotations

As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the Parts and Quotation Processes, you are the primary contact for customers, Service Engineers, and hospitals from UK. You ensure that spare parts, maintenance services, and repair quotations are delivered accurately and on time, supporting the quality and functionality of Philips equipment to meet customer needs. You manage service requests end-to-end while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis. Your role:

  • Receiving and processing Purchase Orders (POs) from customers and Service Engineers for spare parts, ensuring timely handling and automatic routing to transportation.
  • Managing invoice disputes related to parts and services, including issuing credit and debit invoices, and handling time & material disputes.
  • Providing calculations and creating quotations for paid maintenance services and repairs, including corrections and updates based on actual work performed.
  • Initiating and resolving entitlement and ad-hoc disputes as required.
  • Informing customers proactively about delivery delays, interruptions, or quotation changes.
  • Managing customer queries such as price requests, PO follow-ups, or quotation clarifications.
  • Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring timely closure of all service requests across parts and quotation processes.
  • Developing and maintaining high standards of professional communication (telephone and written) with Customers and Service Providers.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have around 2 years of experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain or relevant.
  • You have comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage.
  • You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others. You are a team player.
  • You have problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
  • You have good organizational skills and aptitude for details. Skill in prioritizing tasks required.
  • Bachelor's degree, Fluent English.
