Job title: Services and Solutions Delivery Specialist - Installed Base Admin

Your role:

• Registration of installed products based on sales orders and handover documents in SAP.
• Collect all necessary information required for the registration of new Installed Base (IB) items, including system code, BOM, PMG Serial Number, Tech ID, customer details, project number, and handover date.
• Carrying out on daily basis analysis of data accuracy including providing data for field audits.
• Providing solutions and support to user tickets, requests in Middle East, Turkey and Africa Countries.
• Contacting with customers, forwarders and business partners by phone or email.
• Solving errors in SAP for existing Install Base records when required.
• Managing META Install Base KPI's on-time solution with expected quality.
• Supporting DX IB Activities, if needed.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Business management, Customer service
• Fluency in English both verbal and written
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce would be a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to customer needs
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
• Strong numerical, analytical and conceptual skills; logical thinker.
