Service Operations Manager

We're seeking a proven operations leader who inspires high-performing teams, drives KPIs, and delivers operational excellence. They thrive on problem-solving, collaborate across functions, and engage confidently with senior leadership while keeping customer satisfaction and business results front and center.

Your role:

  • Support the director in achieving organizational goals by fostering team morale, managing competing priorities, and providing outstanding service to internal and external partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff through hiring, coaching, timely feedback, and ongoing training to build and retain high-performing talent.
  • Oversee departmental operations, including fiscal close activities, contract review and approval, compliance with SOX controls, and preparation of audit data.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to streamline processes, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators, removing barriers to success and ensuring operational excellence across the value chain.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 2+ years of people leadership experience in service operations or a similar sector.
  • Your skills include budgeting and financial management, process optimization, and operational risk management. Proficiency in CRM/SAP/Salesforce is preferred.
  • You have 6+ years of relevant experience (with no degree), 2+ years of relevant experience (with a bachelor's degree) or 1+ years of relevant experience (with a master's degree).
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

The pay range for this position in Tennessee is $87,750 to $140,400 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
