Service Offer & Portfolio Leader

We are rapidly transforming our Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) offers & portfolios from product led to managed service led customer propositions focused on helping customers achieve desired outcomes across health systems and IDNs. As such, the design of our offers is critical to help customers adopt and optimize use of patient monitoring solutions to meet their goals and objectives at scale. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for defining, developing, launching and maintaining a portfolio of lifecycle and managed service offers globally. Your team will work cross-functionally to understand market trends, customer needs, and to shape offers consisting of technology and services that are competitive, scalable, and deliver on financial objectives while positioning us as a trusted partner in the healthcare industry.

Your role:

  • Portfolio strategy & offer management: define and manage service offerings including segmentation, value propositions, pricing, positioning, and journey mapping to meet customer needs and business objectives. Provide clear requirements for development teams to deliver.
  • Market & competitive analysis: conduct market research to identify unmet clinical and operational customer needs, trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities.
  • Customer experience: ensure offer outcomes and associated KPIs are defined, measurable, and scalable and that offers, pricing models, and contractual frameworks align to customer needs.
  • Go-to-market execution: collaborate cross-functionally to launch and promote service offerings, ensuring clear messaging, differentiation, lifecycle management, and market readiness.
  • Performance: identify key metrics, drive portfolio performance, and incorporate insights into continuous improvement. Ensure clear standards of excellence for a high performing team.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 10+ years of experience in service offer management or product management, preferably within a managed services company within the healthcare industry and experienced in ITIL and Agile. Strong and successful experience in developing and leading high performing teams.
  • Your skills include a successful track record in defining and launching service offers, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and capacity to influence diverse teams and stakeholders up to C-suite.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related discipline, required, MS degree preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You also possess the ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively within a highly matrixed and global environment, strong business and financial acumen including recurring revenue models, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $176,400 to $282,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Additional Information

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future. For this position, you must reside in, be willing to relocate or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
