Service Delivery Architect
In this role, the Service Delivery Architect is responsible for ensuring alignment in terms of costs, methods, and staffing, establishing adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements, working under limited supervision.
Minimum required education: Bachelor's / master's degree in health science, architecture, engineering, information systems or computer science or equivalent.
Your role:
- The role establishes project objectives, delegates assignments, and monitors activities analyzing services architecture to achieve product objectives.
- The role translates objectives into clear actions for services & solution design, innovation, and deployment, managing and synchronizing developments within service innovation projects.
- The role also involves identifying business growth opportunities and unmet customer requirements, developing and executing market commercialization plans, and building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders.

- Guides the development activities of one or multiple complex cross-functional service innovation project teams, ensuring accountability for outcomes, encompassing costs, methodologies, and staffing allocations, working under limited supervision.
- Maintains oversight in terms of costs, methods, and staffing, establishing and ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements, including managing subordinate supervisors or managers.
- Takes charge of developing, modifying, and executing company innovation policies that directly impact immediate operations, with a primary focus on managing individual contributors operating at a senior level.
- Establishes project objectives, delegates assignments to subordinates, and oversees activities focused on analyzing services architecture and related data to achieve services product objectives.
- Monitors strategic innovation policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results, regularly interacting with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas and/or customers.
- Develops architectural services blueprints in line with standards, rules, and guidelines, performing service capability analysis and leading services design efforts, including supporting the creation of reference architectures.
- Reviews services architectural risks and balances product costs, leveraging proficient knowledge of the healthcare environment, healthcare IT implementation methodologies, and personal health environments.
- Demonstrates expertise in integrating apps, devices, and databases into valuable services, while effectively facilitating collaboration, agreement, and commitment among diverse groups. Applies learnings to define proposals for development process improvements, responsible for developing services enabling parts and elements and related process deliverables, guiding a team of experts in a service innovation project.
- Translates objectives into clear actions/projects for services & solution design, innovation, and deployment, ensuring employees take ownership and accountability of these activities while managing and synchronizing services enabling hardware, systems, and software developments within the scope of specific service innovation projects.

How we work together: We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
