Senior Analyst – Digital Marketing Analytics

In this role, you will own digital marketing analytics across paid, owned, and earned channels for the Healthcare business. Acting as the go-to expert for performance insights across digital touchpoints — from media to onsite behavior — you will help marketing teams understand how digital drives awareness, engagement, and lead creation. This role bridges performance measurement and tactical action in digital, complementing channel-wide and funnel analytics by going deep into the "what's happening in digital" layer.

Digital Channel Analytics Ownership

  • Lead analysis across paid media (search, display, social), SEO, email, and website behavior.
  • Manage and enhance GA4 and Eloqua performance dashboards to reflect accurate engagement and conversion trends.
  • Provide guidance on tagging, UTM conventions, and digital data integrity.

Campaign & Content Insights

  • Evaluate digital campaign effectiveness by channel, creative, audience, and timing.
  • Work with content and SEO teams to identify opportunities to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.

Media Agency & Platform Partnership

  • Collaborate with media agencies and internal stakeholders to monitor spend, reach, and engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement through insights on targeting, bidding strategies, and content alignment.

Digital Journey Optimization

  • Partner with marketing operations and UX teams to understand digital drop-off points and friction in the path to conversion.
  • Conduct exploratory analysis to identify high-performing audiences and content formats.

Enablement & Best Practices

  • Act as digital data SME for the broader analytics team and marketers.
  • Contribute to experimentation design, tagging requirements, and KPI setting for digital campaigns.

You're the right fit if:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing analytics in a B2B or healthcare setting.
  • Deep hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics 4, Eloqua, SEMrush, and media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital channel KPIs (CTR, CPL, bounce rate, time on site, etc.) and user journey metrics.
  • Proficiency in dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), Excel, and basic SQL.
  • Experience working with media agencies or managing digital campaign analytics directly.
  • Detail-oriented, autonomous, and able to translate technical data into meaningful business insight.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Self-propellant and able to work independently in a dynamic team environment.
  • Fluency in English.
