Job title: Sales Support Intern

Your Role:

- Automate processes related to the Sales Support area (records, mass shipments, follow-ups). - Manage and optimize databases from various platforms. - Support the sales team in Colombia with technical and operational tasks. - Collaborate in the preparation of tenders and demonstration management (tender preparation). - Provide support for the quotation and order management process. - Assist in the creation and registration of suppliers.

You are a right fit:

- Advanced student in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. - Availability for 18 months. - The internship must be endorsed by your university. - Experience in programming and database management. - Practical knowledge of tools and platforms for data export and integration. Microsoft Power Platform and Python programming language are preferred. - Analytical and organizational skills for efficient information management.

How we work together: We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. Indicate if this role is an office/field/onsite role.
