Partner Services Commercial Manager

As Partner Services Commercial Manager, you will drive the indirect go-to-market strategy for services, ensuring successful launches, profitable growth, and strong partner engagement. You'll oversee pricing, financial performance, and operational efficiency, while building loyalty and expanding service offerings in alignment with business priorities.

Your role:

  • Go-to-Market & Service Launches – Execute indirect channel strategies, lead new service introductions, and coach partner teams to ensure market alignment.
  • Business Growth – Identify opportunities to expand service offerings (e.g., extended warranty, TIBA, B2B, T&M) and leverage internal models to scale.
  • Financial & Operational Oversight – Manage business service cycle planning, topline performance, and budgets to ensure sustainable growth and service attachment at point of equipment sales.
  • Pricing & Loyalty – Lead pricing strategy, realization, and performance while strengthening partner and customer loyalty.
  • Partner & Customer Engagement – Build strong relationships, gather insights, and shape offerings to match partner and end-customer needs.
  • Sales Enablement – Equip service sales teams with tools, guidance, and support to accelerate service sales and adoption.
  • Market Insights – Analyze market trends and competitive data to refine strategies and inform leadership.
  • Competency Development – Develop and manage talent within the services commercial team, driving performance and growth for both internal and partner's side.

You're the right fit if:

  • Strong understanding of customer service models and experience in commercial services min 3 years (critical requirement).
  • Indirect channel services experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years (Bachelor's) or 3+ years (Master's) in Sales Strategy, Business Development, Sales Ops, Marketing, Healthcare, or MedTech.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven analytical skills with experience in financial and operational modeling.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence across sales, operations, and regional teams.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This role is an office onsite role.
