Partner Operations Manager
In this role, you will support sales operations activities by managing contracts and purchase orders, handling administrative tasks, and implementing process improvements. You will track customer registrations, maintain accurate records, evaluate partner performance, and ensure adherence to company policies. Acting as a primary contact for routine operational issues and disputes with partners, you will facilitate clear communication and drive effective resolution. Your work will help streamline operations, strengthen partner relationships, and support the overall success of the sales organization.

Your role:
- Manages and drives the quotation, tender and contract process, order booking, monthly closing, and other order-related activities to ensure an efficient order fulfillment process.
- Monitors and evaluates the performance of partner accounts and distributors, ensuring that all operations adhere to regulatory standards and meet quality benchmarks.
- Acts as a contact for resolving routine operational issues and disputes with partners, providing swift and effective resolution, facilitating clear communication, and implementing corrective actions to maintain strong, collaborative relationships and seamless operations.
- Maintains accurate and comprehensive records of partner interactions, agreements, and performance reports, ensuring that all data is meticulously documented and easily accessible to foster transparency and accountability within the partnership.
- Ensures channel compliance by monitoring and enforcing NAL, CPCL (Corporate Partner Compliance List), and sub-tier risk management standards, while implementing controls to mitigate risks and maintain adherence to all regulatory and operational requirements.
- Supports the adherence to Channel Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Product Safety & Quality (PS&Q) standards, and assists in the fulfillment of audit requirements and other related compliance obligations.
- Conducts market research and analysis to identify opportunities to enhance partner operations and supports the development and execution of strategic plans to improve partner relationships and drive market growth.
- Introduces and integrates new supporting process activities or improvements to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and support overall organizational goals.
- Provides general support to the sales department under direct supervision by performing contract management activities and tasks of varying complexity, ensuring smooth operations and effective handling of agreements and related documentation.
- Assists with administrative tasks, prepares reports, coordinates meetings, and handles routine inquiries to streamline operations and ensure the team can focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Compiles end-customer inbound registration per order, supports the visibility process, and tracks customer registrations to ensure accurate documentation and transparency throughout the process.
- Supports mobilization of governance or management systems to ensure consistent oversight and effective decision-making processes, and maintains a comprehensive data/information repository.
- Learns company policies and procedures essential for completing routine supportive tasks with proficiency, promoting effective execution of responsibilities within the established framework and fostering a cohesive work environment.
- Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and communication to drive optimal business outcomes.

- Minimum 3 years of work experience in operations on quoting, sales activities, contract order management, Channel management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of quoting platforms, SAP, Salesforce.com and IT tools.
- Expert level proficiency in Excel.
- Data Analysis, Sales Forecasting, KPI Monitoring and Reporting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
