Organizational Communications Leader - Services and Solutions Delivery

The Organizational Communications Leader will provide organizational communications to support a 3,000 plus employee Services & Solutions Delivery organization.

Your role

  • Responsible for all internal communications, including communications strategy and planning, consulting with top leaders on their communications approaches, written and digital communications
  • Participate in cross-business activities (annual kickoff, major trade shows, etc.), Town Hall meetings and guiding communications around organizational transformation and supporting employee engagement
  • Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.
  • Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results and establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's Degree and excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Strong experience managing complex communications processes across a matrixed organization and communicating with multiple, diverse stakeholder groups, with proven track record in media relations beyond product PR
  • At least 7 years of experience in Healthcare or Technology B2B, B2G Employee Communications strongly preferred. A combination of corporate communications and agency management experience is ideal.
  • Strong project management and organization skills and ability to lead internal and external resources and ability to creatively problem solve.
  • Ability to lead through influence and to work effectively with senior executives while collaborating effectively with global teams located around the world.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office-based role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in TN is $125,000.00 to $199,000.00 USD.

The pay range for this position in MA is $140,000.00 to $223,000.00 USD.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside within commuting distance to a Philips office location in Nashville, TN or Cambridge, MA.
