Job Description

We offer you the exceptional opportunity to represent the field of coronary physiology measurements (iwFR - instantaneous wave-free ratio or FFR - fractional flow reserve) as well as intracoronary imaging (IVUS - intravascular ultrasound) as a leading provider in the clinical sector of interventional cardiology.

You will use your expertise and passion to be present in renowned cardiac catheterization departments throughout the NRW region.

You are responsible for:

  • Increasing sales and meeting sales and profitability targets in the sales area
  • Representing the company as the central contact person
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships as well as acquiring new customers
  • Independently handling service requests and complaints
  • Negotiating with decision-makers in hospitals
  • Product presentations to doctors, nurses, and medical technicians
  • Documentation and maintenance of customer data in the CRM system (Salesforce.com)
  • Collecting and sharing user feedback on the products
  • Accompanying applications on patients

You are part of the IGT-Devices Team Coronary DACH. Teamwork is our priority, because only together can we succeed. In daily business, we work closely together with the application colleagues. As part of the large IGT family, we develop solutions for our cardiology customers and support the establishment of complete cardiac catheterization departments.

With a high customer orientation and the following knowledge and experience, you will be successful in this position:

  • Successfully completed studies in medical technology, business administration, or equivalent
  • Several years of relevant experience in the sales of medical systems and solutions
  • Comprehensive understanding of the processes in the healthcare sector and hospital operations
  • Medical knowledge in the field of vascular medicine is an advantage
  • Ability to understand problems, solve them independently, and escalate them correctly
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiating skills
  • High initiative, reliable task completion, and goal orientation
  • Excellent skills in handling all new IT and communication tools
  • European driver's license and ability to drive longer distances daily
  • Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
