Marketing Professional Leader France

Main Missions:
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and lead the professional marketing strategy in France, in line with the European vision.
- Define an integrated go-to-market plan (office visits, media, content, sales aids) and ensure consistency between consumer, retail, and professional universes.
- Adapt European initiatives to local specifics and manage the marketing budget and business objectives (revenue, margin, recommendation).
Activation & Execution
- Deploy digital campaigns, CRM, and loyalty programs.
- Optimize the engagement journey of practitioners, enhancing their acquisition and loyalty.
- Develop visibility and education with healthcare professionals, while supporting sales teams with tailored tools and content.
Professional Relations & Recommendation
- Be the voice of dentists for Philips, strengthening brand recommendation and nurturing a strong network of KOLs.
- Develop visibility in the office and dental clarification programs, ensuring consistency of messages on the field.
Management & Collaboration
- Supervise and grow a dedicated team (KOL manager and dental representatives).
- Work closely with local and European marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and feed the discussion with market insights.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze results, and identify new growth opportunities to sustainably develop the professional activity.
You Are Part Of:
The Marketing Personal Health France team and report to the Consumer Marketing Lead.
You join a cohesive and dynamic team focused on commercial performance and mutual aid. You interact daily with Marketing, Communication (internal and external), and field sales teams, as well as with Philips teams internationally. The position is based at the headquarters in Suresnes (92).
Your Strengths To Succeed In This Role:

- Higher education in commerce, marketing, or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Creativity, analytical ability, structure, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with different consumer communication levers.
- Initiative, adaptability to change, and strong team spirit.
- Fluent in English and French.
