Role Summary:

Key Account Manager is responsible for driving business growth across key retail channels including Costco, Military, Department Store, and E-mart. This role leads sales planning, commercial negotiations, promotional execution, and key account management while identifying new business opportunities through market and sell-out analysis. The position requires strong understanding of the FMCG market, channel management capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic account development experience in both B2B and B2C environments.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Sales Planning & Execution (Costco / Military / Department Store / E-mart Channels)

  • Develop and propose new business opportunities including product assortment, pricing, and deal conditions
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions (e.g., gift season programs)
  • Lead customer meetings and negotiate to finalize commercial deals

• Key Account Management

  • Manage contracts: new account onboarding, annual contract terms, and sales targets (including rebate schemes)
  • Oversee sales operations: monthly sell-in, sell-out, and inventory management
  • Drive monthly / quarterly / yearly sales planning and performance tracking
  • Manage deal conditions based on channel characteristics and internal guidelines
  • Handle closing management:
    • Sell-in closing
    • Sell-out closing
    • Annual Plan
  • Identify and manage business opportunities and risks across key accounts

• Market Intelligence

  • Collect and analyze sell-out data and market trends
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Costco, Military, Department Store and E-mart channels

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B & B2C
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG market and key customer touchpoints
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships in compliance with company ethics
  • Ability to adapt to company culture and processes
  • Strong drive to develop new business and expand channel growth
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
