Lead the commercial management (a.o. performance mngt and the sales excellence & enablement program) for BU IGT-S (Image Guided Therapy Systems) Services & Solutions in order to increase customer acquisition and retention as foundation for our overall growth.
You lead the team and shape the commercial performance and sales excellence program. You are responsible to improve customer acquisition for Services and Solutions as part of the integral offer, while aspiring to enhance the sales channel collaboration along all customer touchpoints. In doing so, you will support local relevant action planning vs targets, facilitate the training, enablement and support of sales teams for growth.
