Application Developer Position

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking an Application Developer to join their team. As an Application Developer, you will be part of the ServiceNow Telecom team supporting innovative platform solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: ServiceNow Telecom Sr. Developer Location: Reston, VA (On-site)

What's the Job?

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications tailored to telecom industry requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to implement design recommendations.
• Engage in system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
• Create technical documentation, workflows, and configurations for developed solutions.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow Telecom Order Management, TSOM, TNI, and related modules.
• Educational background in Engineering or IT.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, and Flow Designer.
• Proficiency in customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Proper work authorization to support this role.
