Responsibilities: This position will play a vital role in expanding our presence in eastern Pennsylvania, hiring and mentoring staff, and helping guide the overall direction of our growth and expansion in eastern Pennsylvania as well as supporting growth throughout the company. The candidate will be part of our Pennsylvania leadership team which collaborates on project pursuits and delivery throughout the state. The successful candidate must be energetic and be able to mentor and lead teams. In addition, they must have a demonstrated ability to pursue and manage transportation projects with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation particularly PennDOT District's 5-0 and 6-0 as well as the City of Philadelphia and other municipalities, counties, and regional planning organizations.
