Network (NGAN) Operations Engineer (vCMTS/DAA/RPHY)

Locals Only! In-Person Interview Required! Network (NGAN) Operations Engineer (vCMTS/DAA/RPHY) Philadelphia, PA (100% Onsite) 12 + Months

Role: Support nationwide vCMTS and RPHY deployments. Install, maintain, and upgrade vCMTS platforms. Troubleshoot network and server issues; automate tasks via scripting. Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, including weekends/holidays. Collaborate with teams to integrate new products and improve reliability.

Requirements: 3+ years in 24O7 production operations. Unix/Linux, scripting (Python/Bash), network troubleshooting (Juniper/Arista/Cisco). Server hardware/software experience; Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, Git a plus.
