Managed Services Senior Associate

Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programs, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimization of the managed services process, tools and services. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. The Opportunity As part of the Managed Services team, you will lead the delivery of real estate accounting and reporting services across various client engagements. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your knowledge in end-to-end accounting processes to drive compliance and service quality while mentoring delivery staff. This role presents a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the real estate sector and enhance your professional growth through impactful client interactions.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience

  • Certified Public Accountant preferred
  • Demonstrating leadership in managing delivery teams
  • Excelling in client service and communication
  • Skilled in modern accounting or ERP systems
  • Managing multiple clients and priorities effectively
  • Analyzing complex accounting processes with attention to detail
  • Driving process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies preferred
  • Experience in SLA-based client environments preferred

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
