Assist our Life Sciences clients with selecting, implementing and capturing value from new commercial platform ecosystems. Lead large-scale programs or complex ($5MM +) multi-workstream engagements, ensuring high-quality, innovative deliverables tailored to executive audiences. Serve as a strategic partner to C-suite and SVP-level client stakeholders, influencing decision-making with authority. Shape solutions that integrate cross-business units – Strategy, Technology, Operations, Song — to bring deep-cross functional solutions, insights, and teams to our clients. Own project financials, including budget management, forecasting, and profitability targets. (Basic Qualifications) 10 years of experience in life sciences commercial or patient services consulting experience in the following areas: Deep expertise in one or more of the four core domains and working knowledge of all four areas. Expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or Veeva CRM. Proven ability to shape and sell complex, multi-million-dollar consulting engagements. 3 years in senior delivery and sales roles 4 years in a team leadership role.
Bonus points if you have: Recognized industry thought leadership (e.g., publications, conference presentations). Experience leading global or multi-region programs. Advanced credentials (MBA, MS, PharmD, etc.) or certifications in relevant technology platforms.
