Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Japanese Customer Service Representative position. Type: Full time - Contract Duration: 6+ months Location: Remote

As a Japanese Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, etc., and work with customers to solve problems.
• Navigate through multiple systems at a time.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Native speaking Japanese and English as the second language.
• Required HS diploma or GED with 2 years of customer service experience.
• Call center experience is required.
• Healthcare industry experience - preferred.

Pay Range*: $20-$25 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
