Job Duties: Analyze user requirements and documents to develop effective automated solutions. Design, write, test, debug and maintain processes required for the successful exchange of files with both internal and external trading partners. Automate file transfer processes and manage large data workflows. Migrate GoAnywhere workflows. Design, write, test, debug and maintain validations required for the successful validation of NCPDP and CLD files. Monitor, detect, alert, control, and respond to GoAnywhere and ICYTE database outages. Work effectively across users and technical teams to understand issues, problems, and solutions. Document resolutions and internal procedures and update the Support Knowledge Base. Telecommuting is allowed.
Job Requirements: Position requires a master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and 2 years of progressive experience in the following: GoAnywhere workflow development; Python & Powershell scripting; Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, and SQL Server database development and administration; Data analysis tools including Sisense; Medicaid Rebate claims processing; State and Federal pharmaceutical pricing and reporting.
