Special Education Teacher – 1: 1 Elementary Support

Phaxis Education is seeking a licensed Teacher or Special Education Teacher to provide individualized 1: 1 instruction to an elementary-age student at King Murphy Elementary (Evergreen, CO area). This student has been homeschooled and is currently working well below grade level academically. The selected teacher will provide direct instruction tailored to the student’s needs in a supportive, small-school environment.

Position Details

• Location: Bailey, CO (King Murphy Elementary –Evergreen area)
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: May 28, 2026 (with possible continuation through 2026–27 school year)
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday (4-day school week)
• Hours: 32 hours per week
• Caseload: 1 student, individualized instruction

Qualifications

• Colorado Teaching License or Special Education endorsement required
• Elementary experience strongly preferred
• Passion for individualized, student-centered learning
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
