School Psychologist (Full-Time)

Join a responsive, student-centered district in Acton, MA, as a School Psychologist serving grades K–6 across multiple classrooms. This full-time role (30+ hours/week) runs through the end of the 2025–26 school year, with the opportunity to make a direct, measurable impact supporting students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students (K–6)
• Participate in IEP meetings and develop data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Provide counseling, intervention, and behavioral support services
• Support MTSS/RTI and school-wide social-emotional learning initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• State Licensure required for School Psychologists (MA DESE)
• Experience supporting elementary learners preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Organized, flexible, and student-focused approach
• New grads: May be considered with strong practicum/internship experience

Role Details:

• Start Date: November 4, 2025
• End Date: June 18, 2026
• Hours: Full-time (30+ per week)
• Caseload: ~20–30 students
• Setting: In-person only (no virtual/hybrid options)
