4+ years of experience working as a Business Manager (Project Manager/ Program Manager/ Chief of Staff in small firms are also acceptable).
Financial Services/Banking experience.
Exposure/hands-on exposure in project management, reporting development, governance, risk, and compliance, financial management/systems, operations, and strategy.
Must be comfortable/prior experience in a client facing environment and reporting to C-Suite/Executive level personnel.
Ability to lead projects from initiation to completion in a high-pressure/fast environment.
Must have a strong financial mindset.
PMP Certified.
This candidate will support the Chief of Staff to Chief Technology Officer through a variety of roles and responsibilities. The Business Manager will interact, report, present, and analyze information to colleagues of all levels. Develop and maintain day to day operations of the group and support key initiatives such as training, talent management initiatives, all hands meetings, and ad hoc exercises that may arise. Represent Enterprise Services requirements when collaborating with functions within the organization (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Business, and Risk).
