Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Elementary Autism Classrooms
Phaxis Education is seeking two dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support elementary autism classrooms for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact by supporting students’ behavioral, social, and communication goals in small, structured classroom environments.
Position Overview:
Phaxis Education is seeking two dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support elementary autism classrooms for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact by supporting students’ behavioral, social, and communication goals in small, structured classroom environments.
Openings:
- Elementary Sub-Separate Classroom – students with autism
- Elementary Sub-Separate Classroom – students with autism
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
- Support students in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills
- Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, related service providers, and other staff
- Provide direct support in maintaining a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working with students with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and data collection skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow treatment plans
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
