Process Engineer

The Procter & Gamble plant in Blois, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the largest shampoo production sites in the group. Every day, we produce over 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head & Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie®, and Old Spice®.

Our site is highly automated, equipped with state-of-the-art technology in the cosmetics industry. Joining P&G is an opportunity to tackle challenges, discover our technologies, and learn our methods. Your goal will be to develop your own skills through professional experience and training.

Your contribution to P&G's success:

As a Process Engineer, you will work in the operations department, either in making or packing. Being a Process Engineer at P&G means being in the field to propose improvement actions (mostly technical) and thus ensure the evolution and optimization of existing processes. As a true project manager, you will be responsible for all technical indicators of production to deliver improvements in cost, time, etc. As the leader of the area, you will coach technicians on a daily basis.

As the entry point to the entire Manufacturing world at P&G, you will benefit from a comprehensive training program to develop your talents.

Several missions await you:

  • Continuous & daily improvement of production conditions: defect analysis, downtime reduction, production optimization
  • Start-up and validation of new formats or production recipes as well as new installations
  • Validation of technological choices and definition of associated maintenance plans

Job qualifications:

  • You have an engineering degree or a university Master's degree with a specialization in industrial/process/chemical or in mechanical/automation.
  • You have a good knowledge of French, English, and Microsoft Office.
  • You have demonstrated your ability to work cohesively and efficiently within a team.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
