Leadership Role in Sales and Account Management

Your responsibilities with us

  • Leadership and development of your team – You will lead a team of key account managers, coach them, and develop their skills specifically.
  • Strategic customer management – You will take care of our most important partner companies, build long-term relationships, and optimize their recruiting processes.
  • Performance management and goal achievement – You will monitor KPIs, manage your team data-driven, and ensure that our partner companies recruit the right specialists.
  • Cross- and upselling – You will recognize business opportunities, develop your accounts further, and identify potential for additional services.
  • Process optimization and strategy development – You will analyze existing processes and develop new approaches to further increase our success rate.
  • Interface management – You will work closely with other teams such as Candidate Success Management and Operations to ensure a smooth placement process.
  • Hands-on leadership – You will not only lead strategically but also get involved operationally when it counts.

What you bring with you

  • Experience in leading a sales team – You have already successfully led and developed a sales or key account team.
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales or key account management – Ideally in personnel recruitment, SaaS, or a growth-oriented environment.
  • Data-driven work and strategic thinking – You can interpret KPIs and derive measures for goal achievement from them.
  • Confident demeanor and negotiation skills – You convince C-level decision-makers and develop sustainable partnerships.
  • High motivation and closing strength – You enjoy sales, want to see results, and go the extra mile for your team.
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital tools – You work confidently with common sales and performance tracking tools.
  • We expect you to have German language skills at C2 level, proven through your resume or corresponding certificates. You will negotiate with people on the customer and candidate side who will make decisions. Clarity in communication is therefore required.
