Direct contact to our partners – You will independently manage a fixed circle of partner companies and be their first point of contact.

Responsibility from the start – After an intensive onboarding, you will take on key account management tasks independently.

Communication on equal footing – You will be in direct exchange with decision-makers at management level of care facilities.

Making recruiting smarter – Together with our partners, you will develop recruiting strategies and accompany their implementation.

Recognizing and implementing requirements – You understand the needs of our partners and support them specifically in the personnel selection.

Coordinating interviews and shadowing – You organize appointments and ensure that all parties are best prepared.

Feedback as the key to success – You collect feedback from both sides and ensure the perfect match.

Negotiation support – You actively accompany the communication between candidate and employer in the final decision-making phase.

Teamwork with the Candidate Management – You work closely with our CEM team to ensure every placement is a success.

We expect from you German language skills at C2 level, proven by your resume or corresponding certificates. You will negotiate with people on the customer and candidate side who will make decisions. Therefore, clarity in communication is required.
