Contract Sales Admin Intern
Our Contract Sales Department (CS) is the second phase in the B2B sales process: we conduct product demos with interested companies, explain our brokerage model, and tailor it individually to their organization. If everything goes well, the team creates framework contracts for new customers.
For this work, we are looking for you as a CS Admin Intern β someone who supports the team with diligence, structure, and administrative oversight, especially in contract processes and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Communication Interface Between Sales and Internal Teams β You ensure that all inquiries and processes related to contracts, offers, and partner requests run smoothly between sales, finance, and other teams.
- Contract Management & Documentation β You create, review, and manage contracts, amendment agreements, special offers, and terminations to ensure everything is well-documented and processed on time.
- Designing New Offers & Negotiation Flexibility β You develop customized offers for new and existing partners to enable the best deals for both parties.
- Involved in Strategic & Tactical Decisions β You work closely with the sales team to prepare contract negotiations with partners, analyze options, and develop the best solutions.
- Administrative Support of Sales Team β You take care of contract documents, offer processes, and presentations so that the sales team can focus on closing deals.
- Data Maintenance & CRM Management β You keep customer data, contract details, and relevant information up to date in our system and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Process Optimization & Creative Solutions β You identify optimization potentials and introduce new ideas to make contract processes more efficient, transparent, and flexible.
Qualifications
- You work structured, detail-oriented, and reliable β especially with documentation and contract documents.
- You have very good organizational skills and can keep track of multiple tasks at once.
- You enjoy creating, reviewing, and managing contract and offer documents.
- You can clearly summarize complex information and document it neatly.
- Secure handling of digital tools; first experiences with CRM systems are an advantage.
- Good MS Office/Google Workspace knowledge (especially in documents & tables).
- High diligence, accuracy, and sense of responsibility β especially with sensitive contract data.
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented working method.
- Enjoyment in improving processes and bringing in your own ideas.
