As the Infrastructure Engineering, Senior Asset Manager you provide engineering leadership and technical direction of utility systems in support of biopharmaceutical manufacturing in Andover, Massachusetts. This People Leader, with Principal Engineer expertise is responsible for the management of multiple functions including engineering, validation, and maintenance over the lifecycle of the utility systems (including design, installation, startup/commissioning, validation /qualification, operation and maintenance).
Responsible for Life Cycle Asset Management for:
Responsible for leadership of IFM Hard Services program, including governance, GMAX budget, contract management, strategic initiatives of utilities / facilities, performance-based outcomes.
Provide technical direction and strategic solutions, to maintain the highest levels of operational reliability of site utilities / facilities.
Assess new technologies and methods to enhance reliability and reduce total cost of asset ownership.
Provide leadership in oversight of tactical and strategic Infrastructure engineering and IFM efforts to ensure business imperatives, goals and objectives are met, in alignment with stakeholders.
Responsible for utility / facility quality / compliance and regulatory audit readiness.
Financial responsibility for site utilities and facilities operating budget.
Responsible for water / energy conservation management and site Net Zero initiatives.
Responsible for Site Utilities and Facilities Infrastructure Master Plan.
Responsible engineering support to execute utility / facility capital and expense projects for PGS and PRD.
Provide engineering leadership in support of Quality and Compliance initiatives including internal and external audits, manufacturing investigations, and corrective & preventative actions (CAPAs)
Physical conditions will include standing, sitting, walking, bending, ability, to perform mathematical calculations to perform complex data analysis.
Ultimately accountable for Business Disruptions related to Assets in Scope. Work is primarily first shift Monday through Friday, but schedule flexibility is required. Infrequent Travel to Pfizer Sites in the Network.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $135,100.00 to $225,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
