The Network Account Manager is responsible for proactively addressing and managing customer needs in coordination with all relevant stakeholders in a highly responsive manner. He/ She must be able to identify root causes and coordinate Pfizer actions for resolution using new and previously developed tools. The role is responsible for maximizing access to Pfizer portfolio within the allocated key accounts/customers/territory, in alignment with commercial objectives and activities to build customer good will and gain understanding and awareness of Pfizer Brands concept in Egypt. Responsible for identifying business opportunities and following up directly with the major customers involved. Manage Pfizer Portfolios, communicating with all stakeholders from different departments to secure Portfolios growth.
