Responsible for supporting the implementation of the marketing strategy in activities that involve the follow-up of administrative and commercial processes of the unit, providing support to brand managers, district manager, and sales representatives in different critical tasks for the development of business and the achievement of objectives.
Academic background/areas of preference: Technician/technologist in business administration, engineering, marketing, or similar.
Required/preferred skills: Communication, teamwork, organization, and follow-up, creativity, and innovation. Office intermediate - Demonstrates skill in the use of common tools of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer.
Type of project(s) and functions to be performed by the student: Support the creation and implementation of the omnicanality plans of the brands, evaluating the impact on contents and channels and allowing to improve the levels of acceptance and adoption of key stakeholders before Pfizer. Develop events and activities that involve interaction with doctors and key stakeholders in the hand of the brand manager and aligned to the academic and scientific objectives of the business unit. Manage the suppliers involved in the portfolio plans, including the creation, generation of contracts and purchase orders, quotations, and follow-up invoicing and closure. Manage the printed promotional materials of the brands, supporting in the review and approval process of materials, inventory management, testing of digital materials on platforms, shipments, creation of SAP codes, and management of Supplyme (material management platform). Support various activities of the business unit with the assignment of projects of the portfolio/business unit to develop personal and professional skills.
