Strategic Client Alliances Consolidation
Consolidation of strategic alliances with clients through the development and implementation of the business plan to achieve the fulfillment of sales and profitability objectives.
Commercialization of the Pfizer portfolio, coordinating all functional areas of the organization for the effective implementation of the business plan that allows taking advantage of market opportunities based on business, alliance, transaction, and relationship strategies, promoting the improvement of organizational processes to meet customer needs and compliance with Pfizer policies.
Responsibilities
- Fulfillment of the Sales Budget: ensure the fulfillment of the sales budget through the implementation of business plans in accordance with the needs of the client, market, and Pfizer policies.
- Search for new businesses through an innovative approach that allows the inclusion of target portfolios.
- Development of Business Plans: ensure the development and implementation of the business model for the accounts in charge that facilitates interaction with different clients and all areas of the organization, the development of opportunities for the entire Pfizer portfolio through business, alliance, transaction, and relationship strategies.
- Knowledge of the SGSSS so that it can anticipate and adapt to changes in the environment.
- Information management: ensure the focus of District Manager teams and Sales Representatives, leading the appropriate flow of sales information and necessary activities to generate product demand in the area in charge.
- Generation of business opportunities in institutions in charge: drive business growth in EPS, Special Regimes, through the exploitation and development of opportunities for the Pfizer portfolio by coordinating action plans in each institution with the marketing, medical, and sales area.
- Follow-up on tendering processes taking into account terms of reference
- Comprehensive management of the order to cash process and portfolio in charge clients, ensuring service levels and compliance with the policies associated with the different processes.
- Optimization of the Investment improving the cost-benefit ratio in the investment plan, through profitable proposals and effective execution of the budget.
- Definition of investment in conjunction with all areas of the organization.
- Effective interaction with the different areas of the organization that allow managing clear and achievable expectations.
Qualifications
- University Graduate Professional in Administrative or Health areas, which allows to have the academic structure to develop concepts, ideas, presentations, and proposals considering ordered, organized, and organizational focus elements.
- Minimum experience of six (6) years of performance in commercial or medical visit areas
Career trajectory occupying positions in commercial areas with responsibilities and achievements in:
- Consolidated professional with communication and influence skills that allow integral work with accounts in charge.
- Leadership and self-management capacity for the development of its territories with autonomy.
- Achievements with an impact on the satisfaction of internal and external customers, improvement of promotion and/or commercial processes and transformation of trends and business results in the market of its area or territory in charge.
- Persuasion and coordination of work with interdisciplinary teams achieving the implementation of activities and/or modification of trends.
Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of the SGSSS
• Finance (profitability, budgets)
• Skill in information processing (advanced Office)
• Analysis of Pharmaceutical Market Data (IMS, DDD, Rx, POS sale)
