We support flexible working requests and have adopted a hybrid approach for most of our office-based roles. We ask employees to be present in the office at least three days per week.

JOB TITLE: ENGINEER II – PLANNING.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for charting out the activity codes, activity descriptions and approximated time frames for completion of activity.
  • Prepares the S-Curves for each discipline/phase/area based on the baseline schedule.
  • Other commodity curves e.g. Engineering/Procurement/Construction are also prepared against the baseline schedule.
  • Collating inputs from Engineering, Procurement & Construction disciplines to update the Progress Measurement System and the Project Schedule (Primavera) on weekly/monthly basis.
  • Prepares the S-Curves, histograms (manpower) at project stage and as required even at proposal stage.
  • Timely presentation of progress status and any critical issues or delays to the Project Management Team will prevent unnecessary delays which would otherwise impact the cost and client satisfaction on a larger scale.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Degree Holder in Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering
  • At least 4-5 years' experience in planning and having handled projects of similar magnitude.
  • Hands on knowledge of Primavera, excel
  • Involve extensive interaction with all Project Team Members and Site team
