Conduct outbound calls to potential customers or clients to sell products or services. Follow up on leads provided by the company or generated through other means. Maintain and update customer records and interactions in the company's CRM system. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Handle customer objections and provide solutions or alternatives. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. Report on sales activities, results, and market feedback to the sales manager or team leader.
