Established in 2018 in Saudi Arabia, we have rapidly expanded into the MENA region, including Egypt. Our comprehensive software system is designed to automate fleet operations, enhance resource management, and promote efficient waste control, delivering high-level internal management controls and optimizing fuel consumption through our intuitive application.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive significant growth for PetroApp. The Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage relationships with key clients, and oversee the performance of the sales department. This leadership role requires a strong background in sales management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to enhance performance and customer engagement.
  • Identify new market opportunities and help to establish a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create cohesive sales and marketing strategies.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
