Responsibilities
B2B Campaign Development and Implementation
- Development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the German market with a focus on lead generation and pipeline growth
- Management of cross-channel measures along the entire buyer journey – from awareness to conversion
Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing
- Design and implementation of automated nurturing routes in close coordination with the European automation team
- Integration of account-based marketing approaches and digital touchpoints
Event Management (online & offline)
- Conception, organization, and implementation of regional events, trade fairs, and digital formats such as webinars
- Responsibility for the participant experience, lead generation, and subsequent follow-up
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Monitoring, reporting, and analysis of all measures in terms of lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- Derivation of data-based recommendations for continuous improvement
- Budget responsibility and targeted resource planning
Collaboration with Sales & SDRs
- Close coordination with sales development and sales in the planning of joint go-to-market activities
- Ensuring efficient follow-up processes and high-quality lead handover
- Exchange on market feedback and account insights for fine-tuning ongoing campaigns
Qualification
Are you eager to contribute in an international environment with a lot of responsibility? Then ideally you bring the following with you:
- Several years of professional experience in B2B marketing, especially in demand generation, field marketing, or campaign management – ideally in the SaaS or software environment
- Secure handling of marketing automation, account-based marketing, and online campaigns
- Experience in organizing and implementing online and offline events – including success measurement
- KPI-oriented mindset with a focus on lead-to-pipeline conversion
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style with team spirit
- Fluent German and very good English skills in speech and writing
