About the Role
As Persona continues to scale our go-to-market efforts, we’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is a critical part of our growth engine and offers the opportunity to lead full-funnel lifecycle programs — from strategy to execution.
You’ll be empowered to craft and launch campaign strategies that span from awareness to conversion and retention. In close partnership with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, RevOps, and Content, you’ll create high-impact, personalized campaigns that educate, engage, and activate prospects and customers.
This is a high-ownership role suited for a strategic thinker and tactical executor — someone who’s excited about building and optimizing cross-channel lifecycle experiences.
What you'll achieve at Persona
Own the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of full-funnel lifecycle campaigns across the buyer and customer journey for certain solutions and buyer personas.
Collaborate with product marketing, content, design, and demand gen to launch targeted nurture programs and optimize cross-channel messaging.
Partner with sales and revenue teams to build lifecycle programs that support sales-assisted motion, lead conversion, and account engagement.
Map the buyer journey to identify drop-offs, gaps, and opportunities — and implement A/B testing and iteration to improve performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights and continually optimize marketing effectiveness.
Provide guidance and campaign support to cross-functional teams, ensuring on-brand, error-free, and impactful execution.
What you'll bring to Persona
3+ years in email marketing or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a sales-assisted B2B SaaS environment.
A sense of ownership across owned projects and projects you support, you want to drive campaigns from strategy through tactical execution and iteration.
A growth mindset and strong hunger to learn — you seek improvement, embrace ambiguity, and thrive in experimentation.
Strong analytical capabilities — you’re fluent in metrics and comfortable using data to inform decisions.
Deep empathy for the customer and buyer — you’re obsessed with understanding their needs, behaviors, and motivations to drive engagement and deliver value.
Hands-on proficiency with tools like Marketo, Iterable, or HubSpot, and experience using CRMs like Salesforce.
Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills — you can juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
Familiarity with privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CPPA).
Nice to have: Copywriting skills or basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
