Within the CSI (Commercial Strategy & Implementation) teams, you play a role as a true interface between sales and marketing and contribute to the construction of the commercial strategy and thus to the achievement of the growth objectives of Perrigo laboratory. This, on a portfolio on one of our leading brands and with all our customers - Pharmacy, Parapharmacy, Large Distribution, and E-Commerce..
Your role is to ensure the fundamentals of sales on the different channels, namely: Distribution, Visibility (Execution & Merchandising), Recommendation (Training), Price, Promotion, etc.
You will be responsible for the analysis, reflection, and implementation of the commercialization plans of your portfolio of brands. For this, you will be required to work in collaboration with Marketing on the creation of brand strategies, and with the KAM team and the sales force on the negotiation and execution with our customers.
In this context, your missions will be to:
Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure de type BAC+5 en école de commerce/marketing, you possess a solid professional experience of at least 7 years in trade marketing, category management or client management (KAM) functions. Field commercial experience is highly appreciated.
Doté(e) d'un excellent sense of team collaboration and good relationship skills, you have strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Always proactive, you are keen to develop a spirit of partnership internally and externally in order to bring a strategic reflection and a long-term vision.
Evolving in an international context, a current level of English is required for this position.
