The Security Engineer is a promoter and inspirational tech in his area of knowledge, owning the build of efficient technical components for a given product and technologies, securing alignment of business needs with best on market practices and Pernod Ricard tech standards (robustness & scalability of code, data governance & security guidelines...). She/He will manage the development and continues evolution of tech elements from design to maintenance & continuous improvement, and contribute to transversal tech landscape optimization initiatives, with an efficient collaboration with other Engineers or leadership team.

Identity and Access Operations Excellence

• She/He will lead the development and implementation of Identity and Access operations excellence strategies and secure operations best practices continues evolution, tailored to Pernod Ricard environments, ensuring security integration across the developments and operations lifecycle
• Manage critical incidents with developed elements, from issue identification to problem resolution
• Own excellence execution and evolution of operational processes (ex: upgrading/patching/obsoletes, etc.) for products scope
• Define and monitor key metrics to identify needs for improvement, and engage the design/redesign of features with the squad

Collaborate Efficiently Within a Cross-Functional Teams

Partner closely with Pernod Ricard Tech teams, CISO team or other transversal teams to deliver and maintain the maximization of Tech value creation.

Strategy Activator and Innovation

Inspire, develop and implement strategies for continues improvement and innovation within the Identity and Access product portfolio. This includes evaluating new technologies, designing and implementing system enhancements and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and security standards to support the Pernod Ricard Tech organization's long-term goals and objectives.
