Purpose Of The Position

The Sales Support and Control Manager plays a critical role in optimizing sales operations and ensuring alignment across various functions to drive performance and achieve targets at Pernod-Ricard.

Main Responsibilities And Tasks

Sales Coordination and Control

• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation by coordinating sales activities and providing robust administrative support to the sales team.
• Engage with field representatives to empower them in achieving their goals, ensuring we are connected and united in our efforts.
• Utilize analytical skills to assess sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement, transforming challenges into opportunities.

Data Management and Reporting

• Align and manage sales data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency to inform decision-making.
• Prepare insightful reports and analyses using external databases and Power BI, contributing to a data-driven culture.
• Administer merchandising services and manage POS material inventory with a keen eye for detail, ensuring operational efficiency.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with finance, marketing, and logistics to ensure seamless operations, embodying our value of connectedness beyond borders.
• Manage contracts and data for Key Account customers with a results-oriented approach, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the sales function.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field is required.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sales support, controlling, or a similar role is necessary.

Capabilities:

• Strong coordination and communication abilities
• Analytical skills with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Hands-on experience with Nielsen and external databases
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in customer service
• Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams
