Your Place In The Team

As an intern in human resource management, you will be actively involved in projects as well as in the day-to-day business. You will gain insights into the various areas (HR Administration / Recruiting / Training & Development…) and can contribute your ideas.

We look forward to welcoming you as part of our team for a period of at least six months – preferably longer.

Your Tasks

• As part of the HR team, you will support in various HR sub-areas such as administration, recruiting, talent & development, and health & safety
• You are involved both in the day-to-day business and in projects within the HR team
• In addition, you will take over the representation for the area of front desk & office management
• You will act as a contact person for our employees and ensure good service with your service-oriented attitude

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed the first part of your university degree
• You would like to gain relevant work experience alongside your studies and actively participate in the HR area
• Ideally, you have already gained first practical insights into personnel work
• You are versatile and can convince with your communication skills as well as your efficiency
• Your cosmopolitan nature and your ability to set priorities independently will help you in completing your tasks
• You can score with fluent German and English (spoken as well as written)
• You enjoy working with MS PowerPoint as well as Excel and are also able to quickly get to grips with new tools and systems
• You enjoy learning new things and impress with a service-oriented attitude
