In collaboration with local market sales teams, lead RTD sales growth in Australia, New Zealand and other priority markets in Asia
Build and drive business cases for new product development in collaboration with RTD finance team and local market sales teams
Ensure momentum on existing SKUs
Lead the preparation and execution of bi-annual summits with local markets
Provide continuous feedback to the RTD business unity and local market teams on local needs and opportunities
Continuously engage with customers and consumers
Lead route to market reinforcement activities
Closely monitor global commercial performance and key commercial KPIs
Your collective spirit of talent
As well as having a passion for challenge and being fiercely authentic, you will also bring:
15 years' experience in commercial leadership roles in RTD or Beer categories
Experience in business development, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to grow the business
Ability to build strong working relationships and work in collaboration with global teams
Deep understanding of customer and consumer needs and expectations
Be results-focused, having a clear understanding of what the desired results are and the ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve them
Ability to travel within APAC
