Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our marketing ownership and execution - supporting go-to-market (GTM) readiness, coordinating impactful campaigns, managing local events, and facilitating communication across key stakeholders. Your contributions will help shape targeted messaging, optimize channel execution, and ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Prepare go-to-market materials including pricing docs, order forms, and enablement tools
• Manage website updates, new product pages, and HubSpot activities (lists, emails, landing pages)
• Develop and adapt messaging for key audiences: distributors, clinicians, caregivers, and end users
• Lead French translation and localization of marketing materials with cultural and medical accuracy
• Organize and drive lead generation at local events such as open days, trade fairs, and workshops
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output
• Track marketing budget, maintain campaign calendars, and oversee marketing assets
• Monitor campaign performance and support continuous improvement through insights

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar marketing function
• Proven track record in campaign execution, agency collaboration, and local event planning
• Proven track record in working with several projects simultaneously
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and supplier management skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or similar platforms
• Native-level French and excellent English, both written and spoken
• Skilled at adapting messaging and translating content for local relevance
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities
• Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a strong plus
• Effectively manage their own time and be able to work well without supervision
